Welcome to RepairBench ("we", "our", or "the app"). By downloading, installing, or using RepairBench, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
RepairBench is an iOS application designed for luthiers and instrument repair professionals. It provides repair tracking, invoicing, customer management, and reporting tools to help you run your repair business.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use RepairBench. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
To use RepairBench, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

You retain ownership of all data and content you enter into RepairBench, including repair records, customer information, invoices, and photos. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you enter. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical business data.
RepairBench, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app.
We strive to keep RepairBench available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RepairBench and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app or subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
RepairBench is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepairBench and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to RepairBench at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
